These guys were awesome! Had them on for 2 different days and Misha is so easy to coordinate with. We were moving offices and had a ton of furniture and desks and they helped wrap and pack everything really well. They never complained about having to put so much of the furniture on the 2nd floor and even installed a trampoline late at night with no instructions. I was super impressed with them and will definitely hire again. :)

From start to finish, the team was professional, careful, and incredibly hardworking- but what truly impressed me was their determination and problem-solving. We had a huge sofa that simply wouldn’t fit through the front door and the crew figured out how to safely hoist it 25 feet up over a second story balcony. Impossible to overstate how excellent these guys are. We’ve used movers in several cities over the years and our experience with 5 Points was hands down the best. We hired them to unload a very full big truck that we had driven to LA from across the country and they handled all of our belongings with professionalism and care, including some extremely heavy and sensitive items of musical equipment. Misha is absolutely wonderful and working with him to plan and execute this move was the opposite of every other move we’ve had—it was easy and fairly priced!! I first saw Misha moving a neighbor and was very impressed. The neighbors said they discovered him online and hired him after reading reviews. When it came my turn to move he responded right away and sent me a quote. I had no doubts he was the right choice. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We had a challenge to fit everything into a 6x12 U-Haul trailer (and then some). He was up to the challenge with a little optimism after looking at a chart I made. He and his partner began shrink wrapping everything, disassembling couches and whatever else I hadn't already done. He added extra protection for the 2 TV's. Ultimately, we got everything loaded and I was able to fit many extras into little crevices along the load in process with 2 bicycles and my grandfathers old table squeezed into the back. WELL DONE MISHA!! By the way, it all traveled well and made it safely to my final destination on my 500 mile journey. The last picture posted, I shot after we had already unloaded the TV's and bikes. But, as you can see and I will attest, all was well packed and protected.
